Paradise Found, Comfort and Service at Its Best

Our stay was a delightful experience! The staff created a cheerful atmosphere, greeting us with smiles daily. The beds were heavenly, and the spacious Deluxe King Room perfectly accommodated our family. The dining options were varied, although breakfast could be warmer. We appreciated the hotel's ideal location near shopping malls. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms and great breakfast, but the air conditioning needs improvement.

Had a lovely time enjoying the spacious Deluxe Twin Room, where the good water pressure made for a refreshing rain shower. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, and I loved the gym since I had it all to myself during my stay. Just a heads up, the parking area had a slight smell, but it was nothing too bothersome. 😊

Exceptional service and bedding comfort.

During my stay, I appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff and their quick response to any requests. The Deluxe King Room was spacious and comfortable, making my nights restful. The location was quite convenient, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. However, the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep up with the heat, which was a bit disappointing.

During my stay, I loved the comfy king bed and the delicious variety at breakfast, particularly the Asian and continental options. being so close to Festival Supermall made it effortless to explore local shops and grab a bite while enjoying a stroll around the nearby parks, which I found absolutely delightful.

However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. The queues were long and food lacked variety, making mornings less enjoyable than expected.

Great location and comfy stay

Had a nice time here! Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially when I had a lil' health issue. They got me a nurse super quick! Only downside was the room was kinda lacking in power outlets, made charging tricky. Breakfast was delish, loved the in-room dining option too!
